Try to re-sync your account and then re-enter your password on the Galaxy at War page.

Hi,
I was playing multiplayer and have at random point noticed that the galaxy at war map wasn't working. Found various posts dated years ago with this issue both [Solved] unexplained or ending with talking to EA support or resyncing at N7HQ.
Currently everything else is working; can join/play multiplayer games, all challenges and playtimes being updated normally, all weapons and items are properly registered. The only thing not working is the galaxy at war map which (luckily?) is stuck at 100% and cannot in anyway be interacted with; even the fleet mini game from N7HQ, I can't recall the fleets.
Normally having it stuck at 100% may not be a problem but having a feature locked out is bugging me and also I was at some point going to wait it to drop to 50% so I can play single player again.
I've tried:
Resyncing at N7HQ;
Reinstalling the game;
Cleared Origin cache;
Are there any solution to this that I haven't tried or is contacting EA support the only option?
I am having this issue as well
