Need help trying to contact anyone to resolve online pass bug
Hi, I filed a case for the redeem online pass bug (the entitlement issue) for ME3 but so far I was only advised to contact the live chat which I could not find an option for (only email), I tried attaching all the information (including links to here) I can find to the emails but it seem like there is no one handling it. I also tried direct messages to twitter but again no response either. Is there any other avenues I can try?
- The link to EA's Support is here. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
- Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then choose for "EA app" from the list. (Or search for it.)
- Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.
- You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)
