Need help trying to contact anyone to resolve online pass bug

Hi, I filed a case for the redeem online pass bug (the entitlement issue) for ME3 but so far I was only advised to contact the live chat which I could not find an option for (only email), I tried att...

    @xdivider 

    • The link to EA's Support is here. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
    • Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then choose for "EA app" from the list. (Or search for it.)
    • Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.
    • You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)
