Need help with "Re-enter and verify your Registration code" problem

I have been having trouble just entering my registration code when it asks for it when I start up Mass Effect. I looked at the other post about this but it didn't help me with since the solution was just uninstalling and reinstalling the game but that did not work for me. I talked with EA Live support and I got on 2 different registration code on 2 different occasions but those did not fix my problem.
