Nerf Observers for real this time please

I'm not even sure they did much with the 1.05 patch.  On Gold and in Sandstorm earlier I got screwed when whole team but me went down in the APEX mission. (No revives during wave)  The observers were...

Would be swell if they would not go through/inside walls....otherwise just fine
