I would be surprised if the saves are the cuprite here. But anyway.
The saves in the cloud are a mirror of your local saves. (C:\Users\>Your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Save" respectively Mass Effect 2 & Mass Effect 3)
- Make sure EA app is closed.
- Disconnect the PC from the internet.
- Move the "Save" folder to your Desktop.
- Open EA app > Start Mass Effect > You should get a warn message about possible lost cloud saves > apply.
- Create a new Shepard and play until you can save for the first time and save the game.
- Connect your PC to the internet.
- Now the cloud saves should be replaced with the one save you just made.
