not installing on origin

Hi guys I have a new pc , installed origing I both tried to place my backup of ME2 and full download but when i click install it run for a couple of second doing some stuff then hit 100% but ask me again to install. I tried to switch off UAC , run as admin and other guides on the net but nothing .

Any  idea?
