So you made a new username and therefore account and wondering why Mass Effect is not showing? You need to login with the credentials you used when you first installed Origin and registered Mass Effect 3 to it. If you still know your E-Mail address you can try to login with that and have the password send o you via the "forgot password" function. Other than that, only a Game Advisor can help you. Thanks. Unfortunately I am unable to access my hotmail account, which I believe is the one I used to purchase it. Therefore, no chance of recovering Username and password.
