I'd been playing my way through Mass Effect Legendary and decided to reinstall Andromeda. Every time I start the game, it blinks CONNECTING at me for a while, then gives the error, "Missing Online Access," with the details "You are not allowed to access the online features of this game. See http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/ for additional information." That page doesn't exist.

I tried to go through the self-help site to contact support, it routed me to the Twitter account, who told me I had to use the site to open a ticket. They couldn't or wouldn't tell me which options would get me to the right ticket. After several tries, I got through to a chat agent. I was rerouted twice, and forty minutes later, after explaining I wasn't on a console twice, was told they'd send my information up to some engineers to resolve.
Within 12 hours, my ticket was marked "No Fix Available." The twitter account has stopped responding to me.
Is there anyone here who can tell me who I need to talk to? How to go through the Contact Us page the "right" way to get to someone who can handle this?

All you can do is try again and hope for a better rep.
Try EAs Support on Twitter again or use Facebook.
You can point the rep to this post that hopefully will get them on the right track.

Thanks. I'd reopened the ticket and emailed support, and right before you replied, a ... 4th? 5th? agent replied back to say they'd applied a fix, but I was heading out the door to work and didn't have a chance to test.

I am currently talking to an EA Support rep as am I also have the issue getting the message "Missing Online Access" when loading up ME:A and am being told that all Online Features for the game have been Shut Down.
Not just Multiplayer, but the abilitiy to Import and Export characters and World Save States etc.
I thought these features were still available but am being told different.
Don't know when this happened or if it's even correct, it's just what I'm being told.
EDIT:
So after speaking with the Representative some more, it seems they were able to restore access to the Online Features for me. It took them a couple tries with me logging out and relogging into the game and EA App each time to see if any of the soltions worked.
After a couple tried I logged out and back in and the game finally connected me back Online. The Rep said they had to find a solution in an post from 2018 although they didn't say which, and I think it may have been an internal Fix post for Support Members.
The fact of the matter is the problem can be fixed, although it will take going through a Support Rep as we ourselves cannot do anything to fix it and it must be done through EA's end.
