Online Pass Abruptly Failed
So this morning I had a long string of successful Silver games. This afternoon, after rebooting the PC and attempting to log back in, the game informs me that I need an online pass. Which I have been using since the game was released.
Naturally, I'm confused, and very upset. Also unsurprisingly, Origin's "Live Chat" people seem to be perpetually AFK.
So. What can I do to fix this or get it fixed?

EA Support is the only way to get Online Passes and account settings fixed.
You may have to wait 1.5 hours in line before you get to talk to a human, complete with emotions and mistakes, where it may take another 1.5 hours or more of jumping through their hoops to get it fixed.
Be patient, and courteous, explain the situation, steps you have done, and how long it took and they will make it right, eventually. You may need to talk to a few different humans before you get to the right one.
Also, while you may have to wait 1.5 hours for your live chat interface to start, once it starts, you have a 5 minute window or less before they declare you as AFK and close the session and you need to wait again.
Also, make sure your browser is stable and does not need to be refreshed or reboot the PC or some other issue pops up to reset your position in the queue.
