Origin point purchase for Mass Effect 3 Leviathan

To who it may concern,

       I recently purchased points through Origin for the Mass Effect 3 dlc Leviathan, now when this item was purchased with points, my debit card was charged an additional $1.00 exactly as an additional charge by itself immediately after the charge for the dlc which was exactly $10.70 which according to your billing methods includes the tax charge of $0.70. Now if there is a reason that I should be charged the extra $1.00 then that is acceptable but a reason for this charge is what I wish to know and not that your company is taking advantage of my financial information against my consent.

Any explanation of this event would be greatly appreciated, and if this is a mistaken charge to my account a refund of the extra charge would also be appreciated based on the fact that the charge was not verified by me.
