Ok. If it continues to fail, try removing the disk and getting it directly from Origin.

It's difficult to say. Is it installing off of the DVD or via the Internet? If the former, maybe make sure the disk isn't scratched or try inputting the product code into Origin and installing via the Internet. If the latter, perhaps you're Internet connection isn't behaving itself? (I'm guessing there are some Origin logs somewhere, but I don't know where. Origin support could probably find them)
It's installing it off the disc, it isn't scrathched or anything. I'll disable my anti-virus before downloading off the internet.
Also I just finished installing ME2 and ME3 and everything went fine with those two.
