Am I the only pathfinder who can work remnant tech of can all the SAM's do that? Why aren't they out there helping me restart vaults as I add/rescue them? I know there's only one Tempest, but couldn't one of the factions stop shuttle production just long enough to build another?
Also, please don't turn the patfinders into the smurfs where they all have their own speciality. I don't mind them all working on different things, but that should just be what's happening now and not a requirement to join the club.
They did end doing their own thing, but based on what happened in the game. Sarissa uses the stolen Kett map data to take the fight to the Kett, the Turian sounds like he's fighting a guerrilla war against them while the Salarian is using full infiltrator. They don't _have_ to do anything about the Remnant tech because Ryder is handling it perfectly fine.

They don't have to, but am I the only/chosen one? I thought finding a place to live was everyone's top pathfinding priority.

The Kett are the overwhelming threat to having a home (and keeping the Nexus safe). Do they really add a lot if you heard that one of them unlocked the vault on a world you won't visit?

Lol! I think I was there when we defeated the Kett. I managed to fit that into my busy schedule of flipping vault switches. Do you have any idea if they can even work remnant tech? I don't.

Yes, we're the chosen one. That's how it is in most games... if not all.
But the in game reason they give is that our SAM is more advanced than the other SAMs... or at least I think that's the explanation. However, if the only way it is more advanced is because it enhances me physically where theirs cannot, then that aspect may not matter.
Unless it also makes our brain more resilient and able to handle interfacing.
And considering the fact that the Tempest struggles to catch up to shuttles and others go around all the time, I don't think they need a Tempest to do what we're doing, lol.
But no, it doesn't make much sense that we're so desperate to find outposts and saw a map of many vaults and yet other Pathfinders aren't finding paths.

I havent read all the responses to see if this has been said yet or not but..
The Ryder family are the only Pathfinders who have the modified implants.
These modified implants allow for a nore complete connection with the human arc SAM. The other pathfinders do not have this.
The complete connection allows SAM to help the Ryders use the rem tech - I don't think the others can do this, not without being hurt (as happens with the protag when SAM pulls a lot of the connection back. )
Basically what the others have is an implant that allows them to talk with and access their SAMs vast wealth of knowledge, without the added benifits of a more complete connection.
I guess its a bit like the difference between being able to talk to Edi on the ship, versus the ability to take her on missions. On the ship she can pass on information, access or hack other computer systems etc but can offer no physical protection. On the away mission she can obviously help with physical protection.
The other Pathfinders SAM would not be able to do something like stop their hearts and restart them for example, but they probably are able to monitor vitals (and inform other team members when the Pathfinder needs medical attention.)
The Ryders SAM can protect them from toxins, diseases etc to an extent but the non modified pathfinders wouldn't have that extra protection.
The modified implants is also why the Archon specifically needed the sibling, not just any Pathfinder.

Does it say in there that the Archon specifically needed your twin? I thought he just learned of my twin through me - and perhaps was unaware there even were other pathfinders with SAM's (since I have to rescue them all and they don't turn on any vaults or work remnant tech on their own)... and hopefully yet.
