PC - Online Pass Required Error

I have also had this issue, and like one other I had a new online pass added to my account and that got things working again, however i to am getting the unable to autherise the N7 collectors edition pass error message, however today my from Ashes DLC just bugged out and I an having NO joy with Live chat and will see how many days it takes a "Sepcilast" to get in contact with me to fix this or not as I fear the case may be.
After resolving online pass error, i also have problem with from ashes DLC.
My guess is that the original online pass for deluxe and collector's editions is tied together formultiplayer and and from ashes DLC.
I strongly suspect, that by reentitling us to "standard" online pass we lose in game acces to from ashes.
So from my point wee need new online deluxe/collectors pass, which could be a problem, as operators resolving first issue probably doesn't see difference, or do not have acces to different onli pass.
Or there should be some form of reentitling for the DLC, which is probably best solution, i'm going to try again this way if they do not solve the issue themself.
EDIT: I had a anothe chat session, and it seems to confirm that there are two types of online pass, some normal one, and one Premium. I have above mentioned conclusion added to the comment for my issue, and i hpe they resolve it soon. After i get resolution, i will post it here if it is right solution.
EDIT2: I managed to solve this problem, after a long time, a contacted support again and described entire proces from start. I also sugested that i need the From Ashes DLC reentitled, and guy from support did exactly that. After that i have working solution, only drawback is that after entering game i recieved message, that i do not have deluxe online pass, but everything work, so it is just cosmetic problem.
