I don't mind the puzzles, because frankly, they're not hard. Sudoku boils down to deductive reasoning. Just start with the row, column or set that has mostly everything filled and whatever spaces are left open will generally have an adjoining space in the same row, column or set that can't be used twice. That further eliminates possibilities, so if there's only one glyph that works in one space, it's just process of elimination.
The only thing I wish were improved with those puzzles is for a button press to clear just the currently-selected box, rather than the whole puzzle, without having to cycle through all of the possibilities.

I love them!
I love puzzles.
I was so happy to see bioware put puzzles back into their rpgs.
For anyone who doesn't like them so much, its easy enough to look up the solutions and just punch them in. For those who do its fun to figure out.
I also love figuring out which consoles in the vaults activate what too.
Puzzle it up! Best thing they bought back.
