No, not yet, actually, I have tried to set up but I didn't find any entrance, and I looked for some help in help center but nothing could help, so I put my issue down here.
As this picture, there's should be a entrance of set up a case in the middle, but there isn't.
sunephone Do this - Log out of the help site - then choose Mass Effect Andromeda/I need help loading my game
Then make sure the site is in a EN or UK language. When I choose these, I get a chat option but you don't need a chat option, you only need to set up a case in general.
When it asks you to log in, click on continue without logging in. it should look like this.

Hello, sorry for asking you for help again.
I tried to created a case and I only found the entrance to create a case is in "chat with me", then I follow the instruction, typed in the FULL NAME ,EMAIL and the console that I used to play (I tried it two time, PC and steam both), next, I typed my issue in SUBJECT and added a picture and I send this info.
After all, it seems to got my case as the picture below, but I haven't got any replay from my email or other place. I don't know if there's another place to create a case or what, I really want to play online part of this game, and forgive my English is not well.
