[PC] Extreme Start Up Lag In Mass Effect

I somewhat recently bought the Mass Effect trilogy on Origin and attempted to get everything set up with each of the games. Mass effect 1 loaded and played fine, but when I launch mass effect 2 or 3 ...

Setting the affinity unfortunately did not work, and being unfamiliar with the Nvidia inspector, I had no idea where to find it. I googled Nvidia Inspector but there as no reliable Nvidia website, and I would prefer a trusted site. Thanks for the help thus far, once I get the inspector and attempt it I can go from there.

You can get it from here. Guru3D is one of the best known graphics cards websites. It's not an official nvidia tool, but given that nvidia themselves are using it in the guide I linked from their official page, it's at least endorsed.
