[PC] Game disappeared from my library.

It's happening with me. But the games with problem are Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3. Yesterday ME1, ME2 and ME3 disapiered from my lybrary. I rebooted the app and the games came back. But I lost all my progress in ME1 and ME2. And ME3 is now requiring a new product key. It says that the old one is already in use. I love this saga... If my progress can't be retrieved at least I want to be able to play it again.

I moved your post into the Mass Effect board.

Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.

Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER

Delete the "License" folder.

Test

It worked. Thank you very much! And progress has not disappeared. It was only in ME1 and ME2 that I lost my saved games and achievements. But that's okay. I always play these titles and it's easy to get everything again.

You're welcome!

It is still strange that your ME1 & 2 Save games are gone, they are saved local on your system.

But if you replay them anyway.
