[PC] Game disappeared from my library.
It's happening with me. But the games with problem are Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3. Yesterday ME1, ME2 and ME3 disapiered from my lybrary. I rebooted the app and the games came back. But I lost all my progress in ME1 and ME2. And ME3 is now requiring a new product key. It says that the old one is already in use. I love this saga... If my progress can't be retrieved at least I want to be able to play it again.
I moved your post into the Mass Effect board.
- Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Delete the "License" folder.
- Test
