[PC] Mass Effect 3 crashes at the end of the Citadel DLC

I'm having an issue with ME3 and the CItadel DLC as I said in the title. I've played the DLC without any kind of problem except some bug with the dialogues where they appear but there is no sound (not alarming I think but I prefer to say it). The crash comes at the end of the final cinematic when I have to return to the Normandy the morning after the (excellent !) party. The dialogue ends and I'm facing an endless black screen, never seeing my dear Normandy.

I tried to repair it with Origin, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but nothing does the deed, it's always a black screen at the end of the DLC.

I had no problem with the other DLC's and I have one mod installed which is the mod for same-gender romance.

If someone have a solution, I'll be forever in your debt ! Thanks a lot in advance to any answer !
