[PC] Mass Effect 3 multiplayer progress

I haven't been playing ME3 for a long time (several years long) and found out that my multiplayer progress not at the point I left it. I wanted to play with my friends but my weapons and equipment are almost maxed out and this progress gap simply killing all the fun. I wonder if I can reset my progress somehow. I know it's not possible locally on my computer, but maybe there's some Bioware or EA support to be provided.
