@ee6767667daa054f I am afraid that resetting accounts not a possibility as we would like it to be. There are ways to sync up your account as long as you are logged into the right EA account, but there isn't any process for a reset.

You can visit the Galaxy at War page as it has steps to help sync up your profile for the game!
