Also the game is showing up in my volume mixer, but still no audio and it doesn't show any audio levels in the mixer.
Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)
- I have the same exact issue now for both ME2 and ME3 with everything not working as a solution is this also doesn't work
