[PC] Mass Effect: Andromeda: Missing Online Access Error After EA Play Expired

Hi all,

I got Missing Online Access error once my EA play expired. I own Andromeda from back in the days when the game was new, but I didn't get the deluxe edition. Once I played with EA play I suddenly had deluxe edition, but now that it is expired it seems I lost deluxe edition access and I can no longer access online features.

I play on PC.

    This was resolved by talking with EA chat account - they upgraded my Andromeda edition to deluxe and it started working again.

    What if I already have the Deluxe Edition and I still cannot access online stuff?

    @AbortedPlayer Which version or content you have doesn't matter. This error is caused by issues with game entitlements that have to be looked at. This is why players have to contact support first so that they can follow their process to resolve it on their end.
