[PC] Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access Error

I have a problem when connecting to the Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer, a message appears where it mentions that I do not have the permission for online content (image attached), I don't know what...

@EA_Shepard does this mean I should open a new case or will they send me a message on the case's page?

@ArchangelOm3gaTV You wont need a new case, no, You can just reply to the same one you were on before.

    I don't have the option to choose a live chat at the moment. I only have the option to send an email on the page.

    @ArchangelOm3gaTV Use these steps

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option
