Firstly, I played on EA, later on Steam, later on EA to check some stuff out, then this problem did occur, now on Steam again. Though people started to report this issue way before Steam could sell EA games.
I tried every approach so far, nothing gained from it.
I attached screenshots, one character has 78 skill points, second 82, same level etc.
