The DxDiag points to MSVCR90.dll for the crashes, which -- according to PC Gaming Wiki -- has been linked to corrupt save files. Could you verify this by backing up your save folder, then emptying it before you launch the game?
Save files are stored in Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\Save.
Back in 2016, there was a similar case here. Hopefully this thread has useful insights. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Mass-Effect-Games/Mass-Effect-3-crashes-on-start/td-p/5603343
I did read through the post you linked and apparently what worked was doing an offline re-install while removing their savegames and unfortunately I only have a digital copy.

- Make surre Steam and EA app are closed.
- Disable the internet connection of your PC.
- Go to your "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Mass Efect 3 folder.
- Move the "Save" folder and the "BIOGame folder to your desktop. (The folders must be gone from the original path!)
- Test the game.

@Tarciryan-N7S Following up on this one to see if the steps outlined on here have helped any?
Cheers!

No, nothing helped, unfortunately. But I moved from EA App to Origin and it's working again for the moment.

@Tarciryan-N7S Hey! Curious if you had any save files here: C:\Users\user\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3?
If so did you move them out of that folder while the EA app was installed? Origin shouldn't even work anymore really on PC.
