[PC] ME3 Fails to launch, "Could Not Activate"

    @Fermi_Paradoxx 

    • Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test.

@Fermi_Paradoxx When you deleted those files in the license folder, do you have the option to show all hidden files and folders turned on? 

When you deleted them all, did the same error or any other errors pop up?

@EA_Shepard  Yes, view hidden folders and files is turned on and I can see the license file. And yes I continue to see the same error, but no other errors.
