(PC) ME3 Priority: Cerberus Headquarters - Mission not loading

So I was just about to start "Priority: Cerberus Headquarters"   - after I woke up with Liara and do the dialog, my screen goes black I was able to save the game on which I did.  When I load the game up I go to dock at the cerberus base and then I just get stuck on the loading screen, I have uninstalled and re downloaded the game and verifed the game files via orgin but I still get the same problem. any help?
