[PC] MEA Console Command Issues - can't find Config folder/file or BIOInput

I have this game in my EA library and have played it a number of times.  I wa looking for where these files or folders were located.  My target path is C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect Andromeda...

Thanks.  At least I know it's nothing I was doing wrong.  Any assistance regarding the error message I've been getting?

This error can have many reasons.

Did you restarted your PC? (Not just shut down and started again, a real "Restart")

Did you restarted your router?

Security software blocking the conection or botched Windows permissions might also cause it.
