[PC] MEA Online Access Error When Launching Game

Its been a while since I've played MEA. After installing the game I got a prompt stating I could not connect to online play. Is there a way to fix this? The link I received from the prompt is useless.

    @Killotonknight 

    If you had a expired EA play subscription the problem are settings in your account that can only be changed by EA support.

    (Reverence)

    Contact live support and tell them you need the Mass Effect Andromeda Online Access error fixed on your account.

    @nelcout Following up on this one. If this is still happening, take a screenshot of the errors you are seeing.

    You mentioned it opened in multiple launchers. Which platform are you trying to play on? 

    Xbox shouldn't open unless you launch it through the Xbox app itself.
