[PC] Missing DLC files on ME2 EA Games Install

I'm trying to install ME2 on my PC and for some reason I can't download either the Cerberus Network or Inferno Armor. When I go to Manage Add-Ons everything is installed except those two and there's ...

    The Cerberus Network and the Inferno Armour are game content, they don't need to be installed separately.
