PC version compatibility, and XBOX 360 disc change questions

Alright, so i am thinking about buying the Mass Effect Trilogy, but thre are several things about the game i came across that make my choice of getting it for xbox 360 a waste, so i looked up for the...

    You don't meet the system requirements. The HD 4200 is too slow, especially the mobility version, and and AMD Sempron is not the equivalent of an Intel Core 2 Duo, which the game requires.

    That PC will launch the games and you will be able to play ME2 and 3, but it won't run smoothly. ME1 is more demanding. A few years ago I ran ME1 on faster hardware that yours and still got horrible framerates.
