Powers disappear

During the from ashes DLC when playing on insanity, if you die or reload a save during the DLC then all of your powers would disappear from the hud and the power wheel and would not come back, not even if you restart the mission again.

I noticed this years ago just after the release of the game but i could find information about it back then, because of that bug i couldnt complete my insanity playthrough with javik, i've been looking for information about it again but i can't find anything, if it has been fixed can someone please tell me. Of course i could find out formyself but i would rather not play a couple of hours of insanity again only to find it hasnt been fixed.
