The actual rollout time will vary slightly throughout the day based on region so while I don't have that specific info, I'd just keep an eye out for that to become available to finish downloading later on in the day.

In regards to game Release those that have Xbox have received messages stating the game will be released on the 13th not the 14th but when you look at the store it still says the 14th I would appreciate if you could give some clarification on this matter and it’s not just Xbox.
This morning (9 am CET/Netherlands time) my ps4 said this:
- It's 7pm at the time of posting and according to the timer I can play at 2pm tomorrow aka the 13th of may. So i am also still confused about the release time... But according to this website this is incorrect and I can start playing 5pm on may 14th?
The only Release time confirmed on this board is the Release time for PC.
It is entirely possible that the consoles have a different release time, for example 0:00AM in ever region.But there is just no info about that yet.

Yes from my understanding it will release at the same moment for everyone which happens to be a different clock time depending on your time zone. The countdown timer I found here matches with the time I’m given in the Xbox store (May 13 11:00pm). And that time in the Xbox store changes with your consoles timezone setting it looks like.

Edit: I guess it’s not how I understand it as I see screenshots of peoples game that has a shorter counter. Unless it just releases hours earlier on PlayStation?
