A family member recently pre ordered MEA for me as a gift which I recently opened to find the code for the bonus content had not been included. Is there any way to get one/purchase one separately or have we been swizzed?
Then you'll have to wait until the 20th and the deluxe upgrade comes out, which will probably be $9.99

how recent? the game has been out for a while now. i don't think there are any pre order bonus anymore. if you mean the deluxe edition bonus dlc then are you sure they got the correct edition of the game and not just the standard game? i am guessing its not pc since the pc version is digital. so which console? i deal mostly with xbox so i have more answers for you over PSN.
where did they buy it? some places put the bonus codes on the receipt. if you have a disc copy of the game and it doesn't have the dlc codes its most likely just standard i have never heard of dlc codes missing from disc copies.
You can still buy it from the well known grey market sites. For like a buck and some change. (pc only)
It comes with the deluxe edition upgrade which should be available on the 20th as well.

It was pre ordered. I'm meant I got it as a gift recently. Sorry for the poor phrasing. I'm on Xbox.
Community AdminHi, the deluxe content and the pre-order code are separate.
If the game was pre-ordered the retailer should provide you with the code.
It may be too late now, but if the person who bought the gift contacts the retailer perhaps they can help.
