Priority: Cerberus Headquarters game breaking glitch

I'm on my second playthrough and stuck inside the hanger bay of Cerberus HQ, the fighter jets don't launch at the door, they just sit there and shake. I tried shutting my playstation off and loading my first game, but now it has the glitch.
