I'm currently using Chrome. I just tried on MS Edge, and that didn't work either. I've also tried contacting a Game adviser. At 10:22 AM. It's 2:09 PM. I just started up a new case, but it's been a little over 10 minutes since that.
Also, what do you mean when you say what address am I using?

She/He meant the URL. There are several URLs to access BSN, do you use https://social.bioware.com ?

I too have been experiencing oddities with the BSN. I have cleared my cache and cookies, that did not work sadly. I also reset my password which also did not work. I would like to to get in so I may activate the DLC I do have and add the ones that I do not. I also own the game through Steam if that makes any difference.
URL's I have tried:

http://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php.
And what I get when trying to login from those https://social.bioware.com/signup.php?return_url=%2Flogin.php
Any ideas? I have used Chrome and Firefox.
This is very strange, I can login without any problems at any BSN side, also using Firefox. Be aware that the Email might be case sensitive.
I have also tried incognito mode in Chrome and the issue persists there as well.
