Problem with Bioware Points and ME3 DLC

I recently just bought some Bioware points on my Bioware Social account in order to buy some Mass Effect 3 DLC. However, when I tried to purchase the PC version of the DLC from the website, nothing happens. I clicked the PC option, and either the button just sits there and nothing loads, or the button disappears. I bought all of my DLC through this website, so I was surprised when I couldn't download the ME3 DLC. So I moved on to Origin, hoping to buy it there, but realized too late that my Origin ID was through a different, newer email, and my Bioware Points didn't transfer into Origin. I'd really like to use the points I already bought to get my DLC... is it possible to either 1. Purchase my DLC through my Bioware Social Account, or 2. Transfer my Bioware Points from my old Bioware Social Account to my new Origin ID? I've already spent my money, and I just want to get the stuff I wanted...

But now I have a different problem... I was somehow able to purchase the DLC on the Bioware Social site, and it shows up in my Registered Game Content now. The instructions tell me to log in to my Origin account and "let the DLC download," which makes me think it will happen automatically, but I log in and... nothing happens. Now I own the DLC but can't figure out how to download it... Anyone have any thoughts to this?
