PROBLEMS WITH THE EA SERVER IN MASS EFFECT 3 FOR PC

Hi! I'm Italian and I'm DESPERATE because of this problem. I bought Mass Effect 3 for PC on Origin in June 2012 and up to a couple of months ago, I played without problems. I also bought several DLC for both multiplayer and single player game modes. When I started playing Mass Effect 3 on another computer with the same account Origin (again, without problems) I started to have one big problem: the computer on which I installed for the first time in Mass Effect 3 (in which I played for the first time and which I have NEVER had problems before with), the connection has mysteriously stopped working. Whenever I try to access the server EA me an error is reported ("Mass Effect 3 servers are not available. Please try again later."). I have this problem since more than two months EVERY TIME I try to connect and it affect not only the multiplayer game mode but also the chance to play with the numerous DLC that I purchased. I tried and tried to connect to the server ALL THE TIME, I tried to go out and then back in the game for so many times but I have never been able to solve this problem, I also disconnected and reconnected my modem so many times but the result was always the same. In the end I tried to uninstall and reinstall Mass Effect 3 and its DLC first, then Origin itself, but as you can imagine in both cases it did not work. I even tried to install 8.1 Origin version, but even in this case it did not do anything. I do not know how to solve my problem. I spent more than € 70 for this game and can not play for a problem that is NOT derived from my PC or my connection and do not know how to fix it is incredibly annoying and frustrating. Please help me as soon as possible, thank you!

I'm an end user, not ea / bioware staff.

    helpful information for future reference:

    internet connection type and speed

computer specs (cpu, ram, video card)

now, if you have the same origin account loaded on multiple computers, you need to make sure that the secondary computers are not logged into origin with the same id.

if you verify that origin is not active on any other pc with your account, verify that you can login to your bioware account

    social.bioware.com

    your origin account

    store.origin.com

and if needed your ea account

    www.ea.com

those servers are for the U.S., you say you are Italian, but do not say if you are trying to connect from Italy, so i can't give you the direct addresses for your local country.

if your account is good, and no other computer is connected with your Origin ID, i would uninstall, then reinstall in this order:

    origin client

game base platform via origin NOT previous media. (make sure you can connect to multiplayer after install)

If you still cannot connect you do either have a problem with your computer, your networking equipment, or your account has been banned.

If you can connect, you can check what dlc you are authorized to use at

    https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

then install any dlc. (i would re-download from that site to make sure the installer is not modified / corrupt.)

I would also advise only installing one dlc at a time and then reconnecting in case it is a problem with a single dlc.

    when in doubt

Thank you! Yes I'm trying to connect from Italy and I checked all the account you said.. I'm logged in in every site you linked and it still doesn't work. I'll try to fix the problems with the other computer and I'll retry to connect to EA server..
