PS3 Citadel elevator black screen
After activating some quests in the Spectre terminal (Ken and Gabby for instance), every time I try to get to the Docks: Holding Area on the Citadel, the loading screen goes black and the game freezes, and I am forced to power off the console. After this the PS3 will do filesystem checks, that takes between 5-10 minutes.
The only way to get to the Docks, is to first board the Normandy and then take the direct route to the refuge camp.
Deleting the game data doesn't fix this issue.
After spending 95 EUR (900SEK) back in March for the Collector's Edition, I don't really feel like spending any money on Leviathan (90 SEK) or any kind of DLC for this game, and I have all the DLC for ME2, including weapons and appearance packs.
A little update.
I finally installed Leviathan and it seems to have fixed this issue.😕mileysurprised:
Tested on different saves, that before, with the latest patch and all free DLC, would crash the console.
It would be great if someone else could verify this.
I don't mind stealth patches *IF* it is *FREE*, but to be forced to actually *PAY* for a fix to a six months old game breaking bug is really something else.😕mileymad:😕mileyfrustrated:
