PS4 Andromeda Elite Helmet Unlock 2021

Hi there, I've been looking around for a way to receive the Elite Pathfinder Helmet in-game but can't seem to get the prompt for it. Checked the desk in the cabin but the console I'm supposed to get it from isn't interactable.

Requested an unlock for it using the Mass Effect archives through this email address and checked if my account is linked properly, but still nothing. Found a ton of answers to this question but they're all years old and don't seem to work for me.
