PS4 Installation Stuck. Cannot Progress at ALL. Game Breaking.

Pause Menu is saying: "Installation In Progress 99%" 

-Has been stuck like this for almost 5 HOURS 

-Deleting and Reinstalling the Game and Patches DOES NOTHING, Same Error, different percentage. 

-I have the Disc, and no, its not scratched. 

-PS4 

Please Help.

    Smallllll question..... I just noticed my PS4 is still downloading in the background.... omfg. I'm so sorry, I think my impatience has gotten the better of me. I'll wait til it's fully downloaded before I complain again.

    Same here, waiting for 2 days now, deleted other games tried everything WTH

    I suggest you defragment the hard disk and check its health. After that install the game again.

    When I log on fifa the home menu just sais wait for fifa to install it's full name title and it done 86% and now it just stairs there can I pls help me

    Please help, my fifa 19 install is not working it is stuck on 31% please what should i do.

    P.S its a disk on PS4
