[PS4] Mass Effect Andromeda: New emails not displayed

Hi,

I have finished almost every mission and every task in Mass Effect Andromeda and still am not able to start Meridian: The Way Home. This mission is not displayed at all.

However, Sam says every time I enter the Tempest that new emails are available in the email terminal. Opening it it displays that no new emails are available. Now I think that this is a bug because the UI of the game suggests two button options on the bottom: One of them is clicking x to confirm which is only displayed when I selected new emails which contain missions or tasks. When clicking x nothing happens.

I already tried restarting the game multiple times and doing all side missions available (almost) but nothing works.

The email terminal worked before every time.

I use Mass Effect Andromeda version 1.10.

I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help.
