[PS5] Unable to Launch Game With Physical Disc

So I've been trying to put my Mass effect legendary edition on my PlayStation 5. I have the physical game for Playstation 4. I have done everything I can think of, even reached out and chatted with EA help they told me put play disc in first, then when prompted put data disc in. I did that and I still get this ridiculous crap. Can someone tell me what is wrong or what to do? Before you ask I've deleted try it again, check the discs and both are clean, restarted PlayStation 5, shut down PlayStation 5, and contacted support.
