Quality of life suggestions for Multiplayer

After all the important bugs are squashed, I'm hoping Bioware will take time to make minor improvements to improve the quality of life of players.  Here's my top 4:

1) Allow me to exit the entire game from multiplayer.  (Right now, I have to exit multiplayer; wait for that screen that tells me to press the space bar; press the space bar; then click exit, then click yes to confirm the exist.)

2) Get rid of the mandatory press space bar to start.  (Maybe it's my machine, but there's a noticeable delay/wait in order to start the game, because of that screen telling you to press the space bar to start.  As soon as I see that screen, space bar doesn't do anything.  Then when the message to press the space bar fades in, pressing the space does nothing.  Then when the message is opaque, pressing the space bar still does nothing.  I need to wait like 1 second after it becomes opaque before the space bar will show me the game menu.  Please just show the main menu directly.)

3) When I open a pack, please don't make me flip them to reveal; just show me all of the items I got; it's an unnecessary extra step.

4) Please keep inspect squad to a single key (Right now, the key to inspect the squad changes depending on the context.  Even worse, one of the keys remaps to vote to kick depending on the context.  I'm on a PC, there are plenty of keys, we reuse a key like that?)
