Quarian Ark?
If they dock at 90 degree angles, where was it supposed to go? Would they just stick it on somewhere?
Not sure what the issue is.. The Nexus has more than enough room since the Human ark and the Turian are not there..

Their Ark might be different because of the many special condition environments they require, with Quarians, Hanar, Drell etc. The main docking bay wouldn't be feasible. Or so I reckon. Still, good observation.
Option 2: the Quarian ark wasn't actually supposed to come AT ALL, and they know about the Benefactor and figure he/she is in total control of the Initiative now, and that's why they are warning everyone off until they can come up with a plan to retake the Initiative.
Or option 3: They added it at our request and didn't go back and change the artwork for a quibble. About half the time for some reason my Nexus looks like it is missing an ark or two when I approach anyway.
I believe it was stated early on that there was actually malfunctions and delays causing them to leave after we did. Presumably however since they appear have made it *somewhere in Andromeda, but maybe just outside of Heleus?*, they didn't leave *that* long after though, given Mass Effect 3. Unless the reapers boarded it and that is part of
I agree it would be hard to feature reapers in me:a but there is a slim chance they could as they where out in dark space so in might be a possibility out some reapers traveling galaxies... I know far fetched..
One thing I think is possible is having ancient races from Milky Way, the ones before prothens, can't remember names of races.. it's not entirely far fetched to believe that they somehow made it to andromeda like we did. Time will tell I guess
ensiform is right, I remember that conversation.
Now say a reaper DID infact take it over...doubtful but the what if part. Hello Andromeda, hello little baby not reapers...become reapers...annnnnd soo it continues.
Agree with enisform, they state that there were problems with the mixed race Ark very early on, because they kept allowing more races to join the party I imagine Garson deciding to cut her losses and plan without them. Perhaps the other hope was that by the time the Quarian Ark arrived (a year later) they'd have finished harvesting resources from the other Ark's and there'd be a plug point.

No matter what there is room for them now.

unless with all the modifications it's too big to park in the nexus ark ports...
