AVP cap is lvl 20 so, no u cant get them all.
dam any way to reset those perks or i have to stick with the choices i make

Nice to know, I remember hearing there was not level cap. But that might of been the level of the player and not everything.
It would be nice to be able to get to the point of unlocking them all. After all, it takes a long time to get to that point anyways.

I'm level 89 and halfway to level 90.
My AVP is capped at 20 so the majority of my people in stasis are in stasis for the rest of eternity or until the power goes out.
I wonder if they told them back in the Milky Way that less than half would be thawed?
I didn't think them through very much figuring you would be able to unfreeze them all... Too bad ☹️ Will be carefull with my remaining couple of points.
