can you get all the perks or you have to be really careful of what you chose
You're stuck with the 20 you chose. Unless Bioware decides to increase the lvl max later.
Can't exactly tell a few thousand ppl you woke up from cryo..'Errr I don't need your services anymore. Go back into cryo.' ;D

If they increased it, that's great.. by it's really annoying that they picked 29 as the max when there are only 28 possible perks.
It just leaves me with one I can't spend and gives Sam yet another reason to bark at me on the Tempest. Apparently, it didn't suck enough that the 'hot fix' re-broke the annoying 'Pathfinder, you have new email' bug, but now I also get to listen to him tell me I have AVP outstanding because I have a point I can't spend.
29 avp should actually get you the 28 perks (if it works correctly). Before the patch we had 19 perks available to us (level 20 avp).
Played a little today and got 3 more cryo pod points..
I'm now at 32/28 points.
I'm sure it's some type of bug, 1.07 has been nothing but a bug fest for me. It re-introduced the 'new email' notification bug, totally broke Biotic Charge when I have PeeBee in my party, when I start the game it 'builds shaders' for a good 3-5 minutes, and now I seem to have an endless supply of Cryo Pod points.
1.07 fixed nothing, all it does is add bugs to an already buggy game.
