Depending on how much you wish to change you can also use the "Appearance"/"Head Morph" features available via Gibbed ME3 Save Editor.
Player (tab) --> Appearance

There are several ways to get the face of your Shepard imported properly. Here is a method for Xbox and PC click. If you have a Femshep (at least it says it doesn't work for male-sheps, but might be worth a try) your best bet would be the fan-created Lazarus editor. If that fails I'm afraid you'll have to stick to a standard-Shepard if the face you can create in ME3 doesn't get close to your Shepard.
