- yes at the beginning of character creation
- It's a bit hard to say because 1) Explorer profile encompasses all 3 power sets and 2) everyone has their own play style.
Any unlock a passive skill that grants either health or shield bonuses. After that it's really which power you prefer since Explorer encompasses all. I play the Soldier profile so I took the Security to get concussive shot which to me is one the best offensive powers. Try the link below it may help you some.
